I have always been interested in using a pressure cooker myself, but I heard SO many horror stories about them as a little girl that I’ve always been afraid of using one. The new ones are supposed to be so much safer now that I am definitely interested in learning to use one now.
I am now subscribed via email to Pressure Cooking Today. I’ll be very anxious to read more and learn to use one even if I don’t win this one because Christmas is coming very soon, followed by my birthday in January.
I love pressure cooking but when we moved last year my pressure cooker got smashed! Would love another one! My boys love my chicken Marsala and chianti braised roast! Yum!
