I’m guest posting my Pressure Cooker Turkey Noodle Soup recipe on A Culinary Journey with Chef Dennis today. It’s a perfect way to use up your leftover turkey. Please stop by and check out the soup recipe, as well as Dennis’ wonderful recipes, including his fabulous Pumpkin Crunch Cake.

Today's pressure cookers aren't the scary pressure cookers you may remember. I'll share what I'm cooking up in my pressure cooker and I hope you'll share what you're cooking too.

Barbara, I enjoyed your guest post on Chef Dennis’ blog. Your soup (and photo of it) look delish! Pressure cooking is a frontier I haven’t ventured into yet… bookmarked your site because you sound calm and enthusiastic about it.
Thanks for sharing your expertise!
Hi Kimby! Thanks for stopping by. Hope I can inspire you to start pressure cooking. It would be a great Christmas gift.
This looks like the perfect turkey soup. I would be happy to wrap my hands around a bowl of that this afternoon.
Thanks Dara! This would be particular wonderful after a nice long run.
I’m seriously considering asking Santa for a PC. I’ve never used one, but as with most of us, my mom did. You seem to favor an electric. Do you also have a stove top?
