Everything Healthy Pressure Cooker Cookbook Giveaway

Laura from Hip Pressure Cooking has teamed up with Adams Media, publishers of the Everything Series, to publish a terrific new pressure cooker cookbook, The Everything Healthy Pressure Cooker Cookbook.

Since it’s the beginning of a new year and many of us are focusing on eating better, I thought it would be the perfect time to feature Laura’s new cookbook and host a giveaway.

The pressure cooker’s time- and energy-saving properties make it a perfect partner for a healthier lifestyle.

When it came time to write this book, I knew that I wanted to include recipes that could not only be cooked in any kind of pressure cooker, but also did not require processed ingredients like canned beans, packaged soups, bullion cubes, and flavor packets. This, after all, is how I cook for my family anyway, so it was a pleasure to share my secrets with you.
- Laura Pazzaglia

I particularly like the secrets (tips) that she shares throughout the book. Not only will they save you time, but also money. In addition to the tips and easy-to-make recipes, there’s also a great chart at the back of the book with pressure cooking times for meats, vegetables, fruits, grains, rice,  pasta and more.

Laura lives in Italy and we haven’t had the pleasure of actually meeting in person, but she’s the first person I turn to if I have questions about pressure cooking. Hip Pressure Cooking is one of the best pressure cooking resources on the web. It’s filled with great information about pressure cooking, as well as creative pressure cooker recipes. Laura shares that experience in this wonderful new cookbook.

  14. Hi, I am from India, currently living in California. Pressure cooker cooking has been a part of our daily lives from ever, we cook vegetables to lentils to meat, you name it and we do it with pressure cooker. Its fast, efficient, time savoy and environmental friendly(as it uses less energy than burning a oven). I would love to read this book and know what the other half of the world is cooking with this precious one.
