I started Pressure Cooking today to share my love of pressure cooking and challenge myself to create and share fabulous new recipes. There is a pressure cooking renaissance going on right now, and it’s been fun to see so many people embracing pressure cooking again. Today’s electric pressure cookers are safe and easy to use.
