Classic potato salad with a fun 4th of July twist.
Last weekend we had a family reunion in the mountains. On Saturday we have a group potluck, everyone brings whatever meat they want to grill, and a dish to share. My dad came down from Alaska for the campout and so I decided to make my quick potato salad because I knew it was an old fashioned recipe that he would love.
