I made the 1 minute pressure cooker Pork Chop and Applesauce last night. OMG – fantastic. The pork chops were tender and the applesauce was a perfect compliment to the pork chops and not to terribly sweet either. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
LOL I had already made your pressure cooker potato salad and ribs, for tonight’s dinner, because I love them! And, this was before I got your Memorial Day email! Great minds…Thanks!
We won’t be having a get together over the long holiday weekend but that sure is a great collection of ideas for all summer long! I love the ribs idea-cooking them ahead to save time on the grill. I want to try that with some bone in chicken that I have a great recipe for but it always to take forever to grill and the outside gets too charred for me. We thought about pre-cooking it in the pressure cooker then grilling it with the sauce to get some nice grill marks and flavor WITHOUT burning it.
You know, I think I use my pressure cooker a lot, then I see all the recipes I haven’t tried of yours yet and I realize I’ve only scratched the surface.
