Summer is the perfect time to use your pressure cooker. You won’t heat up the house by using the oven, and if you love grilling in the summer like I do, the pressure cooker is great for making side dishes to go with whatever you’re grilling. Here’s some of my favorite Memorial Day Pressure Cooker Recipes.
My family is crazy for baby back ribs. My Make Ahead Pressure Cooker BBQ Baby Back Ribs are perfect for a party. You pressure cook the ribs ahead of time and when your guests arrive, just finish them on the grill so you get that sticky caramelize BBQ flavor everyone loves.
Smokey Beef Brisket in the Pressure Cooker is perfect for Memorial Day. Serve it sliced or if you’re serving a crowd, shredded it and serve it on rolls.
If you’d rather have pork than shredded beef brisket, this Easy Pressure Cooker Pulled Pork is also an often requested recipe for parties.
Put my Quick Pressure Cooker Potato Salad on the top of your list. You’re going to be amazed at how fast and easy it is to make potato salad when you make it in the pressure cooker.
Or, if you rather have a hot side dish, my Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin are sure to please. My daughter and her family are crazy about them and make them often.
My Pressure Cooker Baked Beans are fabulous and start with dried beans so you can adjust the sweetness and seasonings to your liking. They are even better then next day. So make them a day ahead if you have the time.
And don’t forget the desserts!
If you’re crazy about chocolate, these Pressure Cooker Chocolate Pots de Crème are quick and easy to make. They’re also rich, creamy and decadently delicious.
This Pressure Cooker Raspberry Cheesecake is sure to impress your guests. Chocolate and berries is always a winning combination.
Pressure Cooker Key Lime Pie is quick and easy to make. It’s tart and refreshing and perfect for summer.
I’m also sharing some great non-pressure cooker recipes this week on Barbara Bakes. Be sure and stop by and check them out too.
Now, I’d love to hear your plans for Memorial Day. What are you cooking in your pressure cooker this weekend?
