I didn’t realize how many different taco recipes we have made over the years. Since tacos are an easy go-to where everyone can customize the toppings to their liking, tacos are a huge staple at our house. And since we have them often, we love to mix it up from shredded chicken, carnitas, ground beef, and more.
As an added bonus, many of these taco recipes make large batches or can easily be doubled. Then, freeze leftoversin individual servings for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. I can’t tell you how many times our frozen taco meat has come to the rescue!
